Traditional Art Camp Reservation

Students will satisfy their curiosity for traditional arts as we move through the week with a major project of their choosing. Each day's progression students will discover valuable knowledge to complete their sculpture, oil painting, or drawing. Lessons will include but are not limited to: Color theory, art terms, value drawing, portraiture, and optional life drawing. This goal of camp is for students to develop an eye for seeing and a passion for creating. Each week begins with brainstorming for: Drawing with charcoal, graphite, or pencil on toned paper, Oil paint 16 x 20 stretched canvas, or Sculpt with armature and Sculpey! Kids learn to conceptualize ideas, research, design, and complete their project for our Friday Art Show at 12pm. Throughout the week kids will work on techniques, lessons, and theories to develop their design skills. Students are welcome to bring snacks and beverages.

Cancellation policy When the camp meets the minimum class size a purchase request for the balance of $275 will be emailed to your account. If the camp does not meet the minimum requirement, we can recommend another week or return you deposit via check, otherwise the deposit is nonrefundable.
